Returns Are Accepted For:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, you can initiate a return for repair or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not offer refunds, but we will cover all repair costs or send you the correct item at no additional charge. If you choose to have the item repaired at a local jeweler, we will reimburse you for the associated fees.
Full Refunds:
- In the rare instance that your order does not arrive, we will issue a full refund.
Returns Are Not Accepted For:
- Incorrect Size or Fit
- We cannot accept returns for items purchased in the wrong size. If your necklace or bracelet is too small, you can purchase extra links from us and have it extended at a local jeweler. For larger items, jewelers can shorten them, and rings can be resized as needed.
- Personal Preference
- We do not accept returns for items you do not like due to personal reasons.
- Post-Delivery Damage
- We cannot be responsible for scratches, discoloration, or tarnishing that occurs after delivery. To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, please wear it with care. Local jewelers can assist with repairs, including replating services if needed.
- Loose or Missing Stones After Delivery
- If any stones fall out or become loose after delivery, we can provide replacement stones for you to have set at a local jeweler.
- Chain Issues
- It’s common for chains to twist or tangle. To prevent this, we recommend laying your necklace flat before putting it on.
- Improper Bail Fit
- If the bail of your pendant does not fit your chain, you can purchase a new bail from us and have it fitted at a local jeweler.
